6. Do you offer cleaning service through Airbnb or Vrbo?

Yes! We do offer professional cleaning services for properties through Vrbo and Turno. We clean all properties with attention to detail to ensure all guests arrive to a pristine environment.

7. How Will I know what time my cleaners will arrive?

We will send you a helpful reminder the day before your appointment, to ensure you are properly aware and ready for our arrival!

8. Do you clean baseboards?

Yes! We include the baseboards as part of our deep cleaning checklist. We also have it available to add on a standard cleaning as well.

9. How long will it take to clean my home?

The time it takes to clean your home depends on factors like its size, condition, and the type of cleaning you need. Our team will send you a timeframe along with the reminder we send you the day before your scheduled appointment. While there’s no set time limit, we ensure every job is done thoroughly and to your satisfaction!

10. Do you provide a Satisfaction Guarantee?

Yes, we do! We stand behind the quality of our work. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll address any areas to ensure you are fully happy with the results!

11. Do I have to be present for the cleaning?

No, you don’t have to be present for the cleaning. Many of our customers prefer to leave us a key or provide access instructions. We ensure your property is treated with respect and care, even when you’re not there.
